Our Story
In the early 1950’s North Halsema Baptist Church completed their first brick church house on the banks of McGirts Creek in the Whitehouse community of Duval County Florida. In 1972 with the help of A. L. Grant the people built a new building one mile south located at was then considered the highest elevation in Duval County. About a decade later North Halsema Baptist was renamed to Temple Baptist Church while under the leadership of Pastor Bob Galentine. Meanwhile in 2017 just a few miles away a new church was born with several families meeting under the leadership of Adam Fannin. Law of Liberty was founded with a vision of training the next generation to serve God as gospel preachers and peacemakers. In 2023 Temple Baptist Church elected Pastor Adam Fannin to become their new pastor and to help merge the two local churches into one united family of God! Come and join us, be a part of the next chapter!

Plan Your Visit
Worship God through Music, Preaching, and Righteous Living.
So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. – James 2:12
ETERNAL LIFE
Jesus is God and He died on the Cross for the sins of the whole world. Anyone can be saved by choosing to trust Him and receive His gift of everlasting life. Once Saved Always Saved.
The BIBLE
The King James Bible is God’s perfect Word in English. It is the only authority. Every modern version has been corrupted and has missing verses in the bible. No substitutes will be accepted.
The CHURCH
God’s word teaches a Local Independent congregation of believers. Pastor led with scriptural accountability. We serve together through the Holy Spirit to glorify the name of Jesus in all we do.
The MUSIC
We worship God through stirring traditional Songs, Hymns, and Spiritual Songs as a unified congregation.
